Applied Pressure Boxing gym was founded in 2023 and is located in Laplace, La. We are a USA boxing sanctioned gym that offers boxing training, kids boxing classes and fitness classes that will cater to each individuals’ specific goals. Regardless of your level of experience, our trainers are certified to meet you where you are to get you where you strive to be.

We also have a non-profit organization “Guns Down Gloves Up” in which the mission is to make our communities healthier by providing free boxing training to teenagers 13-18 (that are eligible) and discounted gym membership prices to qualified families.
